What is Optimization

The new Optimization feature helps you to optimize your staff in relation to the number of visitors or customers. 🤩

If you see that the table is red, it is worth checking 🧐 if you can change the number of employees.

To see during which part of the day you need to add or remove hours, hover over it.

In the example below 👇, you can see that we need to make adjustments in the morning.

Opening / Closing employees

Depending on the settings chosen by your HQ, the system will also show how many people are working before opening/closing or how many people are working at opening/closing.

How do I optimize the staffing

If you click on the box for the days optimization, you will get this view 👇

You should aim to have no red warnings.

Above limit = Not enough employees at work.

Below limit = Too many employees at work.

Take Action! 💪

You can add or move working hours in this view to optimize the planning.

Here we add one hour for Ditte between 09:00 and 10:00.

We now have an optimal number of staff in relation to the number of customers we are expecting to have during the day. 🙌 🤩

You can get an overview of how the optimization looks throughout the month.

Hover over the numbers to the right of "Optimazation"

Here we see that during the month of April we have:

6 warnings in the morning, 2 in the afternoon and 4 in the evening.
