Filtering requested and approved absences
You can easily switch between requested absences, approved absences, or show both by using the highlighted buttons in the Long-Term Planner.
Requested absences show requests that still require action
Approved vacations show confirmed vacation entries 🟦
By default, only requested absences are enabled, so you can focus on the absences that need your attention.
If you want to view approved vacations only, simply enable the “Approved vacations” button at the top of the Long-Term Planner.
Standard filters
We have improved the filtering options in the Long-Term Planner.
You can access the filters by clicking the filter icon at the top of the window.
You can filter by:
Employee job title
Absence type
Department
(you can select multiple departments at the same time)
Employee name
These filters make it easier to manage absences and give you a clear overview — even when working with many employees or departments.
