Your new employee hasn't received their welcome email? No worries, you can send it again 👍
Resend the Welcome email:
Depending on your permissions:
Option 1: Open the User card of the employee and click on the Send button on the top of the screen
Option 2: Go to the Welcome email settings, select the employee and send it 📨
How to resend the Welcome email?
1. First and quicker way to do it:
In the User card of the employee (in the schedule, click on the employee name and select Edit employee), click on the Send button on the top right corner:
2. If you need to check what the text looks like, or if you need to send it to several employees:
Go to HR ➡️ More ➡️ Welcome email:
Click on Show next to Welcome email, select the right situation, add employees and send it. Check the video to review the steps:
💡 The link is only available 24 hours! Check the date of the email sendout before clicking on the Send button.
💡 If both options don't work for you, contact your Admins, they will manage it 👍
