Expired link in welcome email

Learn what to do if your welcome email link has expired.

Welcome to SameSystem, and congratulations on your new job 😃

💡 When your workplace creates your profile in SameSystem, you will receive a welcome email with a link to activate your account.


Why has the link expired?

For security and GDPR compliance, the activation link is only valid for 24 hours.

If the link is not used within this time, it will automatically expire and can no longer be used.


What should you do if the link has expired?

If your welcome link has expired, you need to:

  • Contact your manager, and

  • Ask them to send you a new activation link

  • Complete your registration by using the new activation link to set up your account.

Your manager can easily resend the welcome email from the system. If you encounter any issues with the new link, ensure you are using the most recent welcome email and that it was received within the last 24 hours.
