💡 When your workplace creates your profile in SameSystem, you will receive a welcome email with a link to activate your account.
Why has the link expired?
For security and GDPR compliance, the activation link is only valid for 24 hours.
If the link is not used within this time, it will automatically expire and can no longer be used.
What should you do if the link has expired?
If your welcome link has expired, you need to:
Contact your manager, and
Ask them to send you a new activation link
Your manager can easily resend the welcome email from the system.
