In this article, you will learn how to see the changes made to an employee’s shift, and how to restore an earlier version of the shift.
The History shows every change made to an employee’s shift on a specific day. You can see what was changed, when it was changed, and who made the change.
How to open the History
Go to the Schedule.
Click the shift you want to see the history for.
Click History in the bottom-left corner of the shift window.
The SameSystem log opens and shows the changes for the employee on that day.
What can you see in the History?
Each change is shown on its own line, with the newest change at the top. For each change, you can see:
The date and time of the change
Who made the change, and their role
The shift as it looked after the change, including the zone and time
The hours for the shift: productive hours, working hours and published hours
The first 3 changes are shown. If there are more changes, click Show more at the bottom to see the earlier ones.
Restore an earlier version of a shift
If you want to go back to an earlier version of the shift, click Restore (the arrow icon) on the right side of the change you want to restore.
