Filtering in the Employee List

In this article, you can learn how to filter the employee list, making it easier to find the employees you are looking for.

Where can you find the employee list?

You can find all your employees under:

HQ → Employees

In the top left corner, you will find the “Add filter” button.

Here you can choose the filters you want to apply to the employee list. Simply tick the category you want to filter by.

Example:
If you select Hourly paid, the employee list will automatically update and only show employees who are hourly paid.


What can you filter by?

You can filter the employee list by several different categories, including:

Title
The different titles or roles you use in the system.

Department
Between your company’s different departments or stores.

Status
The employment status of the employees.


Status explanation

  • Active employees
    Shows all employees who are currently active in your company.

  • Terminated employees
    Used if you want to find an employee who was previously employed but has now left the company.

  • Not started employees
    Shows employees who have not yet started but are already created in the system with a future start date.

  • Draft
    Shows employees who are created with general information (name, address, phone number, etc.) but who do not yet have an active contract.

📌 Employees in draft are also not shown in the schedule, as this requires an active contract.
