The Check-In app is designed to make your everyday life at work easier. You'll find a quick overview of the available functions below, followed by a practical checklist of what you need to do to get started using the app.
Please note that access to these features depend on what your administrators and managers have set up, as well as your company agreement with SameSystem. We advise to contact your manager if you are unsure what features are available to you.
What can the Check-In app do for me?
Schedule overview
Shift list: Access all your upcoming shifts - wherever, whenever. Any changes made by your manager is automatically updated in the app.
Contact information: Easily get hold of your colleagues.
Shift details: Any special tasks for the day, or should you be located in a specific area of the department? You'll see it all described in your shifts details.
Shift Options
Requesting absence: Request absence for your shifts directly from the app.
Open shifts: Apply for any open shifts your manager has posted.
Mark availability: Let your manager know which days you are/are not available to work.
Time Registration
Check in/out: Register your working hours and break duration in a few simple taps.
Shift notes: Adding a note to your shift in case you came in or too early, or too late, eliminates confusion and back-and-forth-communication between you and your manager.
Unplanned shifts: For those days you have to come in on short notice, you'll still be able to register exactly when you come, and when you leave.

Downloading the app
Make sure you have downloaded the app on your own mobile device. The app is called Check-In, and you can find it on App Store (iPhone), or Google Play (Android).
Logging into the app for the first time
💡 You need to set up your own password in order to log in and start using the app.
Have you logged into the web version (PC/Mac) previously? If so, you can log into the app using the same login credentials, no password setup required. 👌
