How to Open or Close Sundays in your department? This is pretty useful, especially if you decide to open your store on Sundays before Christmas holidays for example π
Further down in the article, you can see how to open for a longer period. Additionally, you can configure default Sunday closures systematically for multiple departments through the settings, ensuring consistency across your operations.
Step 1 β Go to your schedule
In your Schedule, move your mouse over the opening hours shown at the bottom of the screen.
Click on the pen icon βοΈ
Step 2 β Mark the day as open
A pop-up window appears.
Tick the box Open to open the day
Adjust the hours if needed
Add a comment (optional)
Click OK β done! β
Step 3 β Close the day (optional)
To close the day again:
Untick the box next to Open π
How to open Sundays for a longer period
If you want to keep your department open on Sundays over a longer period (for example before Christmas), you can set this up in your settings ππΌ
Go to Settings β Department settings β Opening hours
Click Edit new
Enter the start date for when the new opening hours should begin
Set the desired opening hours
Click Save
When the period ends, repeat the same steps with the date when the opening hours should return to normal.

How can I close all Sundays in 2026 for all departments without editing each date individually? Create a new opening-hours configuration effective from 01/01/2026 and unselect/disable Sunday in that configuration. Apply this configuration to each department via their settings. The configuration will remain in effect until you create a new one. How can I mark Sundays as closed for a plan starting on a specific date? To set Sundays (or any days) as closed starting from a specific date:
Go to Settings > Department Settings > Opening Hours.
Click Create New.
Set the start date for the change.
Adjust the opening hours so Sunday is marked closed (and make any other needed changes).
Save the configuration.
