To find Schedule groups, navigate to the sidebar on the left, and proceed as follows:
Schedule --> More --> Schedule groups.
You will afterwards be met with the following page. The default, only existing group in the beginning is the "main group". You can also drag and drop them, to put them in the order that you wish.
Create a new group, by pressing the blue button in the upper right corner. Here, you can further specify what the group should entail.
From here, you have the ability to assort every employee into a group that fits them. For example by whether they are paid hourly or monthly, which part of the store they're located in (e.g. back of house, warehouse, kitchen).
Here is an example of a group:
You can then drag employees into the group with your mouse.
Then you have the option of adding a colour on the right hand side:
After choosing a colour, click "add colour". It will then appear as a little square underneath. You then drag these onto the names within the groups, to colour code them however you want.
Following the functions displayed above, you can turn the above picture into the following:
You will then be able to access the Group viewing in the schedule, by clicking the eye. You can enable them and thus filter to your liking, the groups you want to view simultaneously.
