As a manager, you can open or close the days in your department yourself 😀
How to Open or Close Sundays in your department? This is pretty useful, especially if you decide to open your store on Sundays before Christmas holidays for example 🎄 Further down in the article, you can see how to open for a longer period.
Step 1 – Go to your schedule
In your Schedule, move your mouse over the opening hours shown at the bottom of the screen.
Click on the pen icon ✏️
Step 2 – Mark the day as open
A pop-up window appears.
Tick the box Open to open the day
Adjust the hours if needed
Add a comment (optional)
Click OK – done! ✅
Step 3 – Close the day (optional)
To close the day again:
Untick the box next to Open 👍
How to open Sundays for a longer period
If you want to keep your department open on Sundays over a longer period (for example before Christmas), you can set this up in your settings 👇🏼
Go to Settings → Department settings → Opening hours
Click Edit new
Enter the start date for when the new opening hours should begin
Set the desired opening hours
Click Save
When the period ends, repeat the same steps with the date when the opening hours should return to normal.
