Welcome to SameSystem!
When you are created as a new user in SameSystem you'll receive a 'Welcome e-mail' with a link to set your password by clicking the 'Join your team now" button:
NOTE: The link is valid for 24 hours from when the Welcome Email is sent.
We run a validation, so remember to have at least one lowercase character, a symbol or a number and that it should be at least 8 characters long:

At first login to your account you will have the opportunity to select a 2FA option or simply click on 'Skip 2FA setup':
โNOTE:
SMS is disabled by your employer if you are not able to select the option.
Your employer might have enforced 2FA for your title and then you won't have the 'Skip' option.

I have not received a Welcome Email - what do I do? | Your manager needs to create you as a user within SameSystem, so please reach out to them to make sure that they have. |
I have logged in before, but I forgot/lost my password - what do I do? | Learn how to reset your password here, or contact Support๐ You can also click on "Forgot your password" on our log in page. |
Can someone else reset my password for me? | Generally, your manager should have access to head into your user account and reset your password. If so, an email is sent to you with further instructions. If your manager does not know how/have access, you are most welcome to contact Support ๐ |
Can I log directly into the app without visiting the web (PC) version first? | Yes. You can open your Welcome Email on your phone, click on the link within and it will open a browser on the phone. You have to create your password here before you can log into the app. |
Can I use something simple, like 1234, as my password? | For security reasons, you need at least one lowercase letter, one symbol or number, and the length must be a minimum of 8 characters. |
Can I change my password in the mobile app? | The option to edit your password via the app is not something we are able to offer right now, but what you can do is log out of the app, and tap "Forgot password?". You will receive an email with a link and instructions to reset your password from a web browser. The new password works both on the web and app platforms. ๐ |
