How to delete an employee
Follow these steps:
Go to:
1. HR → Employees
2. Search for the employee
3. Click on the employee’s profile
4. In the bottom left corner, click Delete user
Important permissions
The permission to delete users can be granted to administrators by Support.
If you do not see the option Delete user, please contact Support to request access.
Important to know before deleting ⚠
Deleting a user will permanently remove all data related to the employee in SameSystem, including:
Schedules
Historical data
Registrations
Although users can be recreated, this may involve additional costs.
Please make sure you fully understand the consequences before clicking delete.
