When your manager has created the schedule and released it, you will have the option to accept the schedule.
Note: If you are a store manager and want to see who has accepted the schedule, read the last part of this guide.
Accepting the Schedule
When you log in to your SameSystem, you will have the option to accept your schedule from the Schedule tab.
Click Accept schedule.
You will then be taken to Accept schedule. You can also access this by clicking Department > Schedule > Accept schedule.
You can either choose to accept each shift individually or accept all shifts at once.
When you accept your shifts, the date and time of your acceptance will appear. This can be seen on the right side of the screen.
Note
On the dashboard, you will also be notified that you need to accept the planned schedule. This notification appears in the center of the main page. You can also accept your shifts from here by clicking, which leads you to the accept schedule section.
For Store Managers
Store managers can see who has accepted the schedule by looking at the dot next to the employee’s name in the schedule.
Yellow = Not yet accepted
Green = Accepted
If the schedule is changed, it must be accepted again for the dot to turn green.
