Zones allow you to specify where or how a shift should be performed. This helps managers and employees quickly understand the purpose or location of each shift.
What are Zones ❓
Zones are a type of label or filter applied to shifts to provide additional information. They also assist in visual organization by assigning colors to shifts, making schedules easier to interpret at a glance.
Zones can represent:
Physical locations (e.g., Fitting rooms, Kitchen, Cashier, Fresh food counter)
Areas within a department (e.g., Children’s department, Warehouse)
Types of shifts (e.g., Morning shift, Midday shift, Night shift)
Categories like "Warehouse – Part-Time" or "Warehouse – Full-Time" can also be used as zone types to provide more specific information.
Zones help structure your schedule and make it easier to read.
💡 Note: For most companies, only administrators can create zones. If you do not see any zones available, please contact your administration or Support. Administrators are also responsible for configuring zones to assign colors to shifts, ensuring that each zone is visually distinct. End-users cannot make these changes themselves.
